Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Join our warehouse team as the go-to person for getting materials in the door and product out the door accurately, safely, and on time.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming shipments, verify counts against paperwork, and inspect goods for damage or missing documentation
• Prepare shipping paperwork - packing slips, Bills of Lading, Shipper's Letters of Instruction - and pack/crate items for repair or return, including hazardous materials when required
• Stock and distribute supplies to plant employees, keeping the stockroom organized and accurate
• Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts to move materials throughout the facility
• Support quality checks on incoming shipments, including certificate verification and inspection steps

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 3+ years of shipping/receiving or related warehouse experience
• Sharp attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with people from different backgrounds and departments
• Basic computer skills for logging and tracking inventory data
