Project Manager Roofing - SYR

Stellar Roofing is seeking a skilled and reliable Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring each job is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role involves supervising roofing crews, coordinating materials and equipment, and maintaining clear communication between the company, customers, and installers. The Project Manager will be responsible for conducting job site inspections, managing final walk-throughs, handling service calls, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in roofing or construction, and a commitment to quality workmanship and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Job Supervision: Supervise all work performed on assigned jobs, ensuring both safety and quality of work. Review scope of work and ensure the customer’s expectations and the contracted work align, and that is clearly communicated to the installers and delivered upon.Equipment and Materials: Ensure your installers have the proper equipment and materials necessary to complete the job in accordance with the contract. Upon completion, make sure all leftover materials and equipment are removed from the job site.Customer Communication: Communicate with customers during their installations, answering any questions, and addressing any concerns, ensuring customer satisfaction.Final Walk Throughs: Conduct final walk through with customers, verifying they are satisfied, schedule any “punch list” items that need to be addressed, close out jobs, and collect final payment.Other Duties: Any other duties as needed, and/or directed by the production supervisor.Qualifications:Roofing Experience: Proven experience in residential and/or commercial roofing, including knowledge of various roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.Project Oversight Skills: Strong ability to supervise roofing crews, ensuring all work meets safety standards, quality expectations, and the contractual scope.Scope Review & Communication: Skilled in reviewing scopes of work and effectively communicating project expectations to both installers and customers.Resource Management: Ability to coordinate delivery and proper use of materials and equipment; ensures job sites are organized, clean, and free of leftover materials post-installation.Customer Relations: Excellent communication and customer service skills; capable of managing homeowner expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Inspection & Close-Out Expertise: Experience conducting final walk-throughs with customers, identifying and scheduling punch list items, and facilitating job close-out and payment collection.Service-Oriented: Capable of handling service calls, diagnosing post-installation issues, and completing or coordinating repairs as needed.Adaptability & Initiative: Willingness to perform additional duties as directed by the Production Supervisor and to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel between job sites and customer locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Stellar Roofing Inc
