As a Deck Ambassador (Customer Experience Specialist), you are the welcoming face of our swim school. Parents rely on you. Children look to you for reassurance. Your role makes a real difference every single day. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, and takes ownership of their responsibilities.

Schedule

Part-time – Weekends Required

• Saturdays: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
• Sundays: 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM

Consistent weekly schedule. Perfect for someone looking for meaningful part-time work.

What You'll Do

• Welcome families and help children feel comfortable
• Check swimmers in and direct them to their lessons
• Support instructors and parents during lessons
• Help keep the pool deck organized and running smoothly
• Set up and clean up equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service

This is an active, on-your-feet role.

Minimum Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Weekend availability
• Comfortable in a warm pool environment
• Able to stand and move for several hours
• Comfortable using tablets and apps

Customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
