Procurement Clerk

- Purchase materials, supplies, parts, and outside services
- Create, process, and track purchase orders
- Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure on-time delivery
- Update pricing, delivery dates, and other purchase order changes
- Work with vendors to resolve pricing, quality, and delivery issues
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with reorder planning
- Research and develop relationships with new suppliers
- Work closely with internal departments to support production needs
- Assist with additional purchasing and administrative duties as needed
- At least 1 year of purchasing or procurement experience preferred
- Familiarity with supply chain or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills
- Experience with ERP or MRP systems is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license required
