Job Description

Cardinal Staffing Service is hiring a Pallet Builder located in Detroit, MI. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Builder to assemble and inspect wooden pallets in a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, and able to work with hand and power tools efficiently. Responsibilities of the Pallet Builder Include:

• Build and repair wooden pallets according to company specifications
• Operate nail guns, saws, and other hand/power tools safely
• Inspect pallets for quality and structural integrity
• Sort and stack lumber and finished pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow workplace safety procedures and production goals
• Assist with loading/unloading materials as needed

Qualifications

• Previous construction, manufacturing, warehouse, or pallet-building experience preferred
• Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and working in a physical environment
• Ability to use measuring tools and follow specifications
• Strong attendance and work ethic

Available shifts:

• 1st Shift, 7:00am-3:30pm, $15 hr.
