As a Hospitality Team Member at Chick-fil-A, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has a remarkable experience. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming environment, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring smooth, efficient service. This role emphasizes delivering Genuine Hospitality through meaningful interactions and upholding Chick-fil-A's high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, assist with their orders, and ensure their needs are met, creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Support the CORE 4 Values: Smile, make eye contact, speak with a friendly tone, and end every conversation with "My Pleasure," regardless of the situation.
• Maintain a Clean and Welcoming Environment: Ensure the dining area, lobby, and restrooms are clean and organized, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with fellow team members to provide efficient service and maintain an organized and friendly work environment.
• Demonstrate Hard Work & Hustle: Stay focused and efficient, helping wherever needed, especially during busy times, to ensure tasks are completed with care and urgency.
• Uphold Food Safety and Cleanliness: Support team members in keeping the kitchen and front-of-house areas clean and following food safety protocols.

Compensation is based on Experience and Availability

• Part-Time: up to $12.00
• Full-Time: up to $14.00
