The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of the child/children.Benefits:Weekly PayPaid OrientationPay TrainingFlexible ScheduleCompetitive WagesRock Start of Week gift card incentivesOpportunities to work additional hours beyond your schedule.Peds & Adult CPR TrainingWe are a W2 agency, not 1099.Mentorship programCal saversSame Day Pay Available with Tap checkReferral BonusRequirements:TrustLine registrationCPR certificateVaccinated / Booster a plus.1 or more years of experienceValid Driver's LicenseReliable transportationProof of auto insurance and registrationQualifications:Prior experience in childcare, babysitting, or related field preferred.Ability to engage children in a variety of activities.Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.Knowledge of basic first aid and child CPR is a plus but not required.Must be available for on-call duty for six days a week, from 8 AM to 8 PM, with one day off each week.Job Duties (May vary based on client's care needs):Supervise and monitor the safety of the children in your care at all times.Prepare meals and snacks for the children as needed, following any dietary guidelines provided by the parents.Engage children in stimulating and age-appropriate activities, including playtime, reading, and crafts.Help with homework and educational activities as required.Follow any specific routines or schedules provided by the parents, including bedtime routines.Administer basic first aid if necessary and contact emergency services if needed.Communicate regularly with parents regarding any issues or concerns that arise.Maintain confidentiality regarding the family's personal information and household matters.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
