Responsibilities Projectplanning,execution,jobcosttracking,andjobclosure Providemonthlyprojectstatusdetailandpercentofcompletionreports Detailedtake-offandestimatingforelectricalservice, tenantimprovement,lightcommercialandlightindustrialwork Marketing&buildingprofitablejobs Decisionmakingresponsibilityconcerningprojectcost,timeandperformance Cross-sellingofothercompanyoperationsthroughfullyintegratedsolutions Interfacingwithcontractors,vendors,andin-houseoperations Coordinateanddirectworkforce Supportinganinjuryfreeworkenvironmentandsafetyculture Qualifications 5yearsconstructionprojectexperienceintheregionalmarketwithprovenrecordof successfulrelationshipsandmarketingskills,preferred DDC/Building Automation controls experience Priorexperiencewithdesign/build,preferred Superiorknowledgeofelectricalcodesandconstructionmethods Demonstratedabilitytoread,understand,andwritecontracts Experiencedinwritingdetailedscopeproposals McCormick estimating software experience Strongcomputerskills–Excel,Word,estimatingsoftware(ConEstaplus) Excellentpeople,communicationandnegotiatingskills Salaryrangeforthispositionis$105,000-$155,000annually.
