Our Environmental Services team is responsible for first impressions, and we want to find the right person to trust with that responsibility.

The Director of Environmental Services is responsible for managing the daily operations of laundry and housekeeping, including staff supervision, budgeting, preventative maintenance and ensuring the facility and equipment are in excellent working condition.

You will collaborate with various departments to ensure timely repairs while also ensuring compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. If this seems like the job for you apply today!

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care environment.
• Must be familiar with the operation of various types of laundry equipment, practices, and procedures
• Experienced in a wide variety of trade skills (carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical) and the tools associated with them
• Proficient computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
