Coach World-Class Training Sessions
- Lead high-energy group training sessions
- Train personal training clients
- Coach HYROX- specific programming
- Ensure every athlete and member leaves feeling challenged, encouraged, and excited to return.
- Learn every member's name and goals
- Create accountability that drives retention
- Celebrate milestones and member success
- Become someone members trust, not just another coach
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and outreach in the Lake Houston market.
- Represent the facility at local sports events, schools, and community organizations
- Assist with consultations and new member onboarding
- Support HYROX, youth performance and adult fitness growth initiatives.
- NSCA (CSCS) NSCA (NSCA-CPT), NASM, ISSA, ACE or equivalent nationally recognized certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science or related field preferred, or equivalent coaching experience.
- 2+ years of experience coaching group fitness, sports performance, personal training or strength & conditioning.
- HYROX, CrossFit, collegiate athletics, strength & conditioning, or competitive athletic background is a plus.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed
