Quality & Risk Director

Encompass Health seeks a Quality & Risk Director to lead quality, patient safety, and risk management across our inpatient rehabilitation services. In this role, you will oversee regulatory readiness, incident reporting, and performance improvement initiatives while partnering closely with clinical and operational leaders. You will develop and monitor quality metrics, conduct audits, guide root cause analyses, and ensure corrective action plans are implemented. The director will educate staff on best practices, support a just culture of safety, and champion continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes and compliance.
