Registered Nurse (RN)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical telemetry unit. This position requires expertise in providing exceptional patient care on a 36-bed telemetry/surgical floor during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medication and monitor patient vitals and conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care strategies.
• Utilize EPIC systems for documentation and patient management.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families during recovery.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical/surgical telemetry setting.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficiency in EPIC electronic medical records system is required.

Work Schedule

This position involves 4x12-hour night shifts, running from 19:00 to 07:00. Flexibility with scheduling is essential as block scheduling is not provided.
