Travel School Occupational Therapist - Swanzey, New Hampshire

A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) position is available for the 2026/2027 school year, beginning August 26, 2026, through June 16, 2027. This travel opportunity is based in Swanzey, NH, and serves students from Pre-K through 12th grade, providing a diverse and rewarding caseload within a school setting.


Key responsibilities include delivering direct OT services, conducting evaluations, providing consultation to educational staff and families, and managing Medicaid documentation. The OT will also be responsible for developing IEP goals and progress reports to support individualized student needs. This role offers a comprehensive experience working across multiple grade levels and collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes.


Desired Qualifications:

• Valid OT licensure and credentials appropriate for school-based practice
• Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school, home health, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
• Strong skills in pediatric assessment and intervention across Pre-K to 12th grade populations
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and accurately document progress and Medicaid billing
