Job Description As a founding-stage engineer at Formulary Financial, Inc., you will build the world’s first AI-native data platform for fund administration. You’ll design scalable backend services, user-centric frontends, and integrate agentic AI workflows. This high-ownership role allows you to shape the technical architecture and product direction while tackling complex fintech challenges for leading global asset managers. What You Will Do Build and scale a full-stack platform connecting fund administration teams, GPs, and LPs using modern distributed cloud architectures. Design and integrate agentic AI capabilities to automate complex financial workflows and streamline investor communications and reporting. Architect robust data systems and back-end frameworks to manage billions in assets while ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. The ideal candidate Has 8 years of professional full-stack engineering experience with a deep understanding of storage systems, databases, and DevOps. Demonstrates a proven track record of shipping quality products at early-stage startups or world-class fintechs like Ramp or Square.
