Associate Account Executive (Panhandle of FL) - Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Surgery

Johnson & Johnson

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Account Executive to drive sales of surgical products across the Florida Panhandle and Mobile, Alabama. The role involves expanding Ethicon product adoption, conducting operating room demonstrations, and executing the sales cycle with healthcare providers. Successful candidates may advance to Account Executive positions.

Responsibilities

Expand sales of Ethicon surgical products and convert competitive accounts
Demonstrate proper product preparation and use in operating room settings
Conduct sales presentations using trained methodologies and current selling practices
Manage customer questions and objections in compliance with sales training
Provide case coverage support to surgeons through strategic platforms

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
0–2 years of business experience
Valid U.S. driver's license
Ability to travel overnight and/or relocate as needed
Willingness to work in operating room environments
Strong sales execution and customer objection-handling skills
