Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting requests to drafting and sending offer letters. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, review job descriptions, and define ideal candidate profiles. Source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. Review resumes and applications, conduct initial candidate screenings, and send results to hiring managers. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate efficient, professional candidate experience, including but not limited to interview schedules, flights, and hotel stays. Conduct reference checks and assist with background screening and pre-employment requirements. Prepare and extend employment offers and coordinate the pre-employment process. Track recruiting activity, maintain accurate applicant records, and monitor key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source of hire. Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes, tools, and sourcing strategies. Support employer branding and initiatives designed to strengthen the organization’s ability to attract top talent. Develop relationships with external recruiting partners, universities, professional organizations, and other talent sources as appropriate. General Human Resources Tasks Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive employee experience from day one. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR information systems. Assist with employee engagement, recognition, retention, and culture initiatives. Support benefits administration and respond to employee questions regarding HR programs. Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and other HR processes. Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned. Serve as a Human Resources representative on various internal committees. Other duties, as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2-3 years’ of human resources experience; recruitment experience preferred. Ability to build trusted relationships with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
