Service Response Coordinator - Manhattan University Facilities

Job Description The Service Center Operator I is responsible for responding to inbound calls and requests for service needs. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. Compensation Data COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $23.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting. Job Responsibilities Responsible for receiving calls for service; prioritizes and coordinates the service requests Identify and resolve customer needs Coordinate with internal resources to resolve service requests Handles and maintains of all records and documentation of service requests; uses software to log activity Provides customer service and maintains a friendly and effective demeanor toward customers, guests, clients, and co-workers At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
