About the Position

# Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Texas**Start Date:** November 2, 2026 **Location:** Humble, Texas **Compensation:** Details provided to qualified applicants **Schedule:** Full-time position with 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule required; no call required**Highlights:** - 28-bed Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit with 1:5-6 patient ratios- Utilize Meditech EMR system with equipment including Baxter IV pumps, SCD machines, glucometers, and Welch Allyn monitors- Collaborative team environment with CNCs, RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and unit support staff- Perform telemetry monitoring, wound care, and general medical/surgical nursing procedures- Opportunities to float to other Med/Surg telemetry units and ED for inpatient hold patients- Royal blue scrubs provided**Requirements:** - Active RN license- BLS certification required- BSN preferred- Caring, compassionate demeanor with strong teamwork skills- Flexibility and dependability**Why It's a Great Opportunity:** This position offers the chance to work with a supportive, patient-centered team committed to delivering compassionate care in a well-staffed telemetry environment.
