Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Summary Bob Weaver Auto is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Sales & Service Departments. This role serves as one of the first points of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while providing administrative and operational support to the dealership team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to professionalism and teamwork. Essential Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers in person and by telephone in a friendly and professional manner. Provide a welcoming and positive first impression of Bob Weaver Auto. Answer incoming calls and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member. Assist customers with general questions and provide timely follow-up when needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly reception and waiting area. Service Department Support Schedule service appointments and confirm upcoming appointments. Assist with customer check-in and check-out processes. Support Service Advisors with administrative tasks and customer communications. Process payments and cashiering transactions accurately. Coordinate rental vehicles, loaner vehicles, and transportation needs as assigned. Scan, upload, and maintain service documents and invoices. Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer calls and perform outbound calls for appointment scheduling, follow-up, retention, and customer support. Assist in maintaining daily reports and records. Administrative Responsibilities Perform filing, scanning, and data entry tasks. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer information. Support dealership events and special projects. Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Parts, and Accounting departments. Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations. Qualifications Previous customer service, receptionist, administrative, or dealership experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Proficient with computers and basic office software. Ability to interact effectively with customers and fellow team members. What We Offer Competitive compensation.
