Logistics Supervisor

Role: Logistics Supervisor responsible for overseeing warehouse operations at a specified location. Key Duties Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse staff, including forklift drivers and clerks. Manage daily picking, packing, staging, and loading to ensure accurate and timely shipments. Coordinate with dispatchers and carriers for pickups and deliveries, verifying documentation. Enforce safety policies, conduct safety meetings, and maintain equipment. Monitor team performance against KPIs, providing coaching and support. Conduct inventory counts, investigate discrepancies, and manage stock rotation. Address issues such as damaged goods, mis-shipment, or delays promptly. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 3 years in warehouse or logistics operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP software, barcode scanning, and RF guns. Competent in Microsoft Office tools. Ability to obtain forklift certification within 6 months. Preferred: Train-the-Trainer certification. Must hold a current TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance. Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, remain stationary, and move freely within the workspace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
