Details Operating Room unit within a hospital setting Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Staff work across a variety of OR specialty areas including Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS On-call required on a rotating basis: weekday evenings 6:30 PM-7:0 AM and weekends from Saturday 7:00 AM through Monday 7:00 AM 40-minute response time required for call-back Call schedule rotates on a 6-week cycle alternating between weekday call and weekend call Requirements Active KY state or compact RN license required at time of consideration BLS certification required Minimum 3 years of recent Operating Room experience required Experience across Total Joints, Ortho Spine, Gyn, and MIS specialties required No licensure hits accepted for consideration Two supervisor references required from within the last 3 years of employment Additional Information Candidates residing within 100 miles of the facility are not accepted for this position Returning permanent staff must be separated from employment for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler All requested time off must be disclosed at time of consideration; requests made afterward will not be approved These details are based on information provided by the facility and may include inaccuracies or be subject to updates.
