Program Manager - ProductionsRaytheon - Advance Products Solution (APS) is seeking a Program Manager (PM) - Productions to oversee program area activity within the Raytheon Vision System (RVS) Tactical Products (S SBU).This role will collaborate with other program manager staff in setting program plan, vision, and tactical direction for program implementation by multifunctional teams and subcontractors. The PM will integrate the performance of the program's engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, mission assurance, and program operations teams.What You Will DoSupport and present Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Estimate at Completions (EACs), as well as coordinating customer Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)Coordinate and align interactions, expectation, and transactions between customers and other primesUnderstand and represent customer needs to stakeholdersDevelop and maintain excellent relationships with the customer counterpartsManage opportunity, cost, quality and schedule, performance and technical aspectsSupport proposal preparation, statements of work and specifications, negotiation, and administration of contracts with the customerQualifications You Must HaveBachelor's degree in a related field with minimum 8 years of relevant experience (such as Program or Project Management, Finance, Supply Chain, etc)Experience working with Department of Defense (DoD) program teamsExperience supporting cross-functional teamsEarned Value Management (EVM) and Risk & Opportunity Management experienceExperience supporting proposal effortsExperience with Microsoft Office Suite resourcesActive Secret level U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
