Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents Advise clients on succession and asset protection strategies Coordinate on trust administration and guardianship matters Work cross-functionally with tax and business & corporate attorneys on client matters Manage client relationships directly, including HNW individuals and business owners Looking for: Active Illinois and Florida Bar admission Trusts and estates experience with an estate planning focus Experience in any of the following areas welcomed: Estate Planning Wills & Trusts Trust Administration Guardianships Succession Planning Asset Protection Tax Planning Trust Litigation Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
