A busy title company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to support the team in preparing and coordinating real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing smooth and efficient closing experiences for clients. No experience required since training will be provided. Responsibilities:

A busy title company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to support the team in preparing and coordinating real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing smooth and efficient closing experiences for clients. No experience required since training will be provided. Responsibilities:
- Open and manage title orders from contract to closing.
- Review contracts, title commitments, and supporting documentation for accuracy.
- Obtain and verify payoffs, HOA statements, and lien searches.
- Communicate with agents, lenders, and clients to collect required information.
- Work closely with closers and escrow officers to prepare files for settlement.
- Ensure all documents are compliant and properly filed before closing.
- 1-2 years of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in a title or escrow office.
- Knowledge of title insurance, settlement statements, and real estate documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with title software such as SoftPro, ResWare, or RamQuest.
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
