Overnight Caregiver Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment Take clients on walks, trips to social events or medical appointments, assistance with hobbies, or run an errand Perform light housekeeping Performs personal care activities contained in a written assignment by the Supervisor which includes but is not limited to, assisting the client with activities of daily living, such as: Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair) Ambulation Eating Dressing Shaving Meal Preparation (No worries - you don't need to be a gourmet chef) Maintain accurate care records Communicate with the care team Working Environment: Primarily works in the client's place of residence; travel may be required. Shift times and days vary with client needs. Overnight Caregiver Requirements: This is a night shift position, so availability overnight is a must High school diploma and/or a G.E.D. certificate Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Must have a current and valid driver's license and be able to safely operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws Ability to pass background checks If you need assistance with this application or hiring process to accommodate a disability, you may request accommodation at any time by contacting us.
