Wash Bay & Fuel Island Attendant (Entry-Level)

Thompson Truck Group (TTG) is looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Wash Bay & Fuel Island Attendant . This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in building a career in diesel service and maintenance.

What You’ll Do
- Fuel diesel and gasoline vehicles
- Check and maintain fluid levels (oil, coolant, etc.)
- Check and adjust tire pressure
- Wash vehicles and trailers
- Keep fuel island and wash bay clean and safe
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks, including:
- Tire installation, rotation, and replacement
- Preventive maintenance support
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mechanical aptitude preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record, CDL a plus
- Reliable, dependable, and takes pride in their work
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (100 lbs occasionally)
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a shop environment with noise, dust, fumes, and changing temperatures
