WAREHOUSE SHIPPER/RECEIVER

Warehouse Shipper/ReceiverAIRMATIC, located in Malvern, PA, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This full-time position is responsible for accurately receiving incoming materials, preparing customer orders for shipment, maintaining inventory locations, and helping keep our warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.The ideal candidate takes pride in accurate work, works well independently and as part of a team, and is comfortable in an active warehouse environment.The Warehouse Shipper/Receiver uses purchase orders, pick tickets, and shipping documentation to receive incoming materials and prepare outgoing customer orders.This position is responsible for inspecting and verifying inbound and outbound shipments, stocking and storing inventory, picking and packing orders, completing shipping records, and entering shipping information into the Company's computer system. Accuracy is essential throughout the shipping and receiving process.ResponsibilitiesReceive and unload incoming motor freight and parcel shipmentsVerify incoming materials against purchase orders and shipping documentsInspect inbound and outbound shipments for correct quantities, part numbers, condition, and accuracySort, stock, and properly store received inventoryPick products and prepare customer orders for shipmentPack, seal, and label boxes, skids, and other shipmentsLocal pickup/delivery in Company van/truckVerify pick tickets, products, quantities, and shipping addresses before orders leave the warehouseComplete shipping and receiving records and enter information into the Company's computer systemRestock bins, shelves, and storage racksAssist with loading and unloading trucksMaintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation and warehouseWork cooperatively with coworkers, carriers, and delivery driversQualificationsEducation & ExperiencePrevious shipping, receiving, or general warehouse experience preferredHigh school diploma or GED equivalency preferredValid driver's licenseRequired SkillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer and data-entry skillsAbility to read and understand shipping documents and perform basic mathAbility to organize and prioritize work in a busy warehouse environmentDependable attendance and ability to work with limited supervisionAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a teamCommitment to following Company safety rules, policies, and proceduresPhysical RequirementsRegularly stand and walk for extended periodsBend, stoop, reach, and move throughout warehouse and storage areasSafely lift and carry materials weighing up to 70 lbs.Perform repetitive picking, packing, stocking, and material-handling activities
