Quality Assurance Analyst

QA AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst with experience in both manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing test automation frameworks, validating data across SQL and NoSQL databases, and collaborating with Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.Build and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate data integrity, accuracy, and performance using SQL databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, Couchbase, etc.).Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, Rest Assured, or Swagger.Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Create and maintain automated test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI/CD.Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.Develop test metrics and quality reports to communicate testing progress and application readiness.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure acceptance criteria are met.Perform root cause analysis on production issues and recommend process improvements.
