Guaranteed base of $1,250 per day or 30–32% of production.

Requirements
- Basic life support
- DEA Registration
- Driver’s license
- Licensed dentist
- Pediatric Dentistry Residency
Specialization: Must have experience or specific training in Pediatric Dentistry.
Clinical Excellence: A passion for providing an excellent patient experience.
Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a large, highly trained administrative and clinical support team.
Licensure: Must be eligible for dental licensure in Kansas.
Job Description
Provide high-quality pediatric dental care including restorative work, hygiene cleanings, and exams.
Perform specialized treatments such as fluoride applications, sealants, and sedations.
Collaborate with a devoted team of Dental Assistants and Registered Dental Hygienists.
Experience a diverse clinical environment with a blend of office-based and hospital-based dentistry.
Participate in office IV sedations alongside accredited anesthesia teams.
Engage in doctor meetings to provide input on practice operations and clinical standards.
Manage a minimal, shared on-call rotation for the office.
