Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Philadelphia, PA

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager for Rheumatology to drive demand generation and build relationships with healthcare providers in the Philadelphia region. The role focuses on executing territory strategies, improving patient access, and achieving sales objectives within a collaborative, innovation-driven biotech environment.
Responsibilities
- Travel within assigned territory to engage healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans using customer and market insights to drive performance
- Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals and specialty pharmacy partners
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
- Submit account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity accurately and on time
Requirements
- 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
- Demonstrated Rheumatology sales experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
- Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) required
- Must reside within assigned Philadelphia region territory
