PT - Physical Therapist

Registered Nurse - Outpatient Services

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts from 08:00 AM to 05:30 PM.

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to support outpatient services as well as provide some acute care. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in patient care and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in outpatient and acute settings.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions.
• Utilize Cerner for charting and documentation.
• Administer medications and therapies as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in California.
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
• COVID-19 vaccination required (proof needed).
• Experience with Cerner or similar charting systems required.
