Executive and Custom Programs (ECP) Logistics Coordinator (AY 26-27 C91322)

The Executive and Custom Programs (ECP) Logistics Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the ECP Program Coordinator and in collaboration with the ECP Senior Director. This position plays a key role in supporting ECP's on-campus group programs and administrative operations during a period of high activity. This is a MIIS student Level A position paying $16.95 per hour. Core Responsibilities: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in customer service, higher education administration, or program coordination preferred Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Must be available for in-person work at the Monterey campus in early August, and available for remote onboarding and training beginning in early July. Position Prerequisites: Serve as a primary on-campus point of contact for visiting scholars and students, acting as liaison between students and ECP staff Assist with needs assessment information collection and reporting for group programs Support application processing and applicant communications for the Spanish Community Interpreting Certificate program Assist with providing workshops and programming related to intercultural communication Assist with event coordination for orientation and program closing events Assist with final evaluations, grade reporting, and certificate preparation Support general administrative tasks for the ECP Senior Director as assigned Work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision Schedule: 5-10 hours per week, with in-person presence in the ECP office required. Candidate must be available for remote onboarding and training beginning in early July. Student Employment Eligibility: Unless restricted by certain visa status, all students with an active status for the semester are eligible for jobs on campus. Students on leave or withdrawn are not eligible to work in student employment positions until the semester in which they return. If you are currently withdrawn or on leave you are eligible to be employed in staff positions. Some may be restricted due to financial aid status. International students (non-resident aliens) may not work off campus unless they have applied for and received work authorization from the United States government. (An F-1 visa does not give work authorization.) Off campus work study positions are available only to U.S. citizens on financial aid with a federal work study component. Students are not eligible to work remotely from International locations. Hour Limitations: All student employees are limited to working no more than 20 hours per week in on campus jobs during the academic year (this includes exam periods). The only exception is when there is a full week when school is not in session. Specifically: February recess, Spring recess, and full weeks of December or summer recess. During these time periods only, students can work up to 40 hours per week.
