Responsibilities Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience Supports the Store Manager in developing consistent event programming Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations Participates as the manager‑on‑duty driving engagement and adaptability Supports recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent Analyzes business opportunities within product placement and stock levels Collaborates to execute shipment processing and visual standards Engages employees to encourage open dialogue and reinforce follow through Requirements 1+ years store leadership experience Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
