Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR nursing experience
• Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS) certifications
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist surgeons during cardiovascular procedures in the operating room
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs pre, intra, and post-surgery
• Collaborate effectively with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain a sterile and safe operating field in compliance with infection control standards
• Document procedures and patient responses accurately and promptly
