Job Details

What you'll do:

Ensure federal and PA employment law compliance
Process payroll in Paylocity
Full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding
Benefits administration, and annual plan review
Maintain employee records, OSHA log
Occasional travel to Harrisburg, Bethlehem, Scranton

Must Haves:

5+ years HR experience, including payroll
Knowledge of PA and federal employment law
Paylocity system experience
