Director, Global Marketing

MaxCyte, Inc. seeks a Director, Global Marketing to lead strategic marketing for its industry-leading cell engineering platforms. This role will define global brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across therapeutics and biopharma segments. Responsibilities include leading campaign development, product marketing, launch planning, and market insights to drive adoption of MaxCyte’s Flow Electroporation technologies worldwide. The Director will manage a high-performing team, partner closely with commercial, R&D, and BD groups, and represent the marketing voice in strategic planning while supporting a collaborative, mission-driven culture.
