Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Monday – Friday, 5x8 | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Manage a caseload of approximately 55–63 patients per week
• Document patient care and progress using the Raintree EMR system
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and clinical best practices
• Complete required pre-assignment onboarding modules prior to starting the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (BSPT) or higher
• Proficiency or ability to learn Raintree EMR
• Ability to complete three required HealthStream Modules prior to assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Experience managing high-volume patient caseloads
• Previous travel therapy experience
