Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State PT license required prior to the start of the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required, with orthopedic and neuro patient experience preferred. Experience in outpatient settings preferred. Two or more years of outpatient experience strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications 2 years outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. Experience treating orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred. Assignment Details Shift hours: 07:00 - 15:00. Worksite: Hyde Park — 11 Crum Elbow Road. May float to an outpatient Vassar location. Schedule includes varied daily start times: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM on some days and 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM on other days as required by the site schedule.
