Senior Construction Manager

Lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) & Design-Build construction projects ($5M+) across WA State. Manage full project lifecycles—from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore docs, budgeting, and final closeout. Oversee job site safety (OSHA/WISHA), critical path schedules in MS Project, and client/inspector relations. The Successful Candidate Will Possess: Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector (MUSH) markets. Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships. Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
