The Opportunity As Shipping Manager, you will lead all shipping and warehouse operations for our Jacksonville facility. More importantly, you will serve as the leader who ensures our customers receive their products safely, accurately, and on time every day. You will lead a team responsible for warehouse operations, inventory movement, carrier relationships, shipping schedules, and customer delivery performance while partnering closely with Production, Customer Service, Scheduling, and Quality. This is not a desk leadership position. Successful candidates spend their time on the floor, in the warehouse, on the dock, coaching employees, removing roadblocks, and driving continuous improvement.
