About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support custom ad sales marketing activations across high-profile linear television and digital media properties.

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Revenue Marketing activation team, directly supporting premier network tentpole programs (such as HGTV’s Dream Home ). You will coordinate deliverables, manage sponsor creative assets within content management platforms, and partner across cross-functional internal teams and external advertisers to drive flawless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Asset Management & CMS: Gather, organize, review, and traffic sponsor-provided digital assets (photos, videos, copy/recipes) in web Content Management Systems (CMS), ensuring brand guidelines and technical specifications are met.
• Campaign & Sponsorship Coordination: Partner closely with editorial, marketing activation, Sales Planners, Account Executives, and Campaign Specialists to align on deliverables, mockups, and execution milestones.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central communication liaison for both internal teams and external client/agency partners regarding campaign status, asset deadlines, and delivery updates.
• Quality Assurance: Review all custom sponsor creative to ensure total accuracy, quality standards, and alignment with approved creative briefs.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintain centralized project trackers, update project management dashboards, and generate regular status reports to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned.
• Administrative Support: Coordinate cross-office meetings across Knoxville and New York teams, manage campaign schedules, and provide general operational support to the Revenue Marketing activation group.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination, digital marketing, advertising sales, or media operations (relevant internships or advanced coursework may be considered).
• Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple overlapping timelines, update status trackers, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Professionalism: Superior written and verbal communication skills, comfortable handling high-volume email workflows and interacting directly with clients, agencies, and internal leadership.
• Problem-Solving & Initiative: Resourceful mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistical/asset issues independently prior to escalating.
• Technical Savvy: Solid working knowledge of digital platforms (web, mobile, social, video), web CMS platforms, and proficiency across Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Media, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or familiarity with television broadcast/streaming ad sales, custom sponsorship integrations, or digital advertising operations.
• Experience coordinating brand partnerships or large-scale promotional tentpole events.
