Your job is simple: offer our solutions, close business, and make money. We're looking for experienced salespeople who know how to close. If that's you, you'll make excellent money here.

What You'll Do

• Work with qualified prospective clients who have recently contacted our firm the day before or the same day (FRESH LEADS) seeking legal services. Daily qualified inbound leads delivered directly to you. 

• Conduct professional consultations to understand each family's needs and recommend the appropriate legal solutions.

• Build trust and confidently guide clients through the decision-making process.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining an exceptional client experience.

• Keep detailed and accurate notes within our CRM.

• Stay current on our legal services, market trends, and industry knowledge.

• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, meetings, community events, and firm-sponsored seminars.

• Work closely with our Intake Team, Attorneys, and Legal Staff to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation through retention.

• 3–5 years of successful inside sales experience.

• Proven closing ability with measurable sales results.

• Experience using a CRM to manage leads and follow-up.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• Most work is performed from home remotely, with occasional scheduled in-office consultations. A valid driver's license and transportation are required. Attend about one community event per month.
