Analyst - Digital Analytics & Marketing Technology About the Role We’re looking for a versatile, detail-orientedAnalystto support our digital analytics and marketing technology function across our client’s brand portfolio. This role combines hands-on analytics, dashboard development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), marketing technology, and light data engineering. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building a pivot table, developing a dashboard, diagnosing a tracking issue, analyzing a conversion funnel, or writing a Python script to clean and transform data. You’ll work with tools includingAdobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), GA4, Salesforce, and BI platformsto understand user behavior, measure campaign performance, identify opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights for marketing, product, analytics, IT, and leadership stakeholders. This is anongoing engagementrather than a fixed-term project, with flexible weekly hours based on business needs and workload. What You’ll Do Analytics & Measurement Support recurring digital marketing performance reporting, including year-over-year (YoY) analysis of sessions, leads, RFS/sample orders, RFQs, and homeowner leads. Monitor and interpret KPIs across traffic, engagement, conversion paths, and attribution usingGA4 and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Build and maintain regional and market-level performance analyses and pivots. Identify, investigate, and communicate performance anomalies, data quality issues, and structural shifts in reporting. Dashboarding & Reporting Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards usingTableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and/or Adobe CJA. Develop reporting for a range of audiences, from executive-level summaries to detailed analyst views. Ensure dashboards are accurate, scalable, intuitive, and aligned with stakeholder needs. Translate complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights. Marketing & CRO Analysis Analyze conversion funnels, user journeys, and site behavior to identify opportunities for optimization. Support feature-impact analysis, such as evaluating how new website tools or functionality influence quote and request conversions. Investigate changes in user behavior and conversion performance to help identify potential drivers and opportunities. Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Martech & Data Engineering SupportAdobe Experience Platform (AEP)implementation and analytics measurement, including event-tracking validation, AEP Debugger reviews, and schema alignment. Perform data validation, QA, and troubleshooting across analytics implementations, including tag management and event-based tracking usingAdobe Launch or similar platforms. Support and enhance Python-based Salesforce lead reporting scripts, including data extraction, deduplication, geographic segmentation, and market-level reporting. Troubleshoot data pipeline and API issues, including Salesforce API authentication, data quality, and integration challenges. Partner with analytics, marketing, IT, and data teams to resolve reporting and measurement issues. What We’re Looking For 2–3+ years of experiencein digital analytics, web analytics, marketing analytics, or marketing technology (MarTech), ideally in a B2C, building products, or home improvement environment. Hands-on experience withGA4 and/or Adobe Customer Journey Analytics. Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, and/or Adobe CJA.
