Busser

The Role

• Support the front-of-house team to keep the restaurant clean, organised and running smoothly.
• Help maintain a welcoming and well-presented environment for guests throughout service.

Key Responsibilities

• Clear tables efficiently and discreetly throughout service.
• Reset tables quickly and to the required standard.
• Assist servers with clearing plates, glasses and cutlery.
• Keep tables, floors and guest areas clean and tidy.
• Polish and prepare cutlery, glassware and crockery.
• Restock cutlery, napkins, glassware and other service items.
• Keep service stations clean, organised and fully stocked.
• Assist with setting up the restaurant before service.
• Assist with closing down and cleaning at the end of service.
• Support servers and other members of the team wherever needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures.
