Hospice / Registered Nurse / Case Manager We have recently engaged with a very progressive, well run and financially stable Hospice organization in the Gwinnett area of Georgia. They are a family-owned organization that is committed to patient satisfaction, clinical excellence, and quality care for each member of the family. Our client is offering the following benefits: Annual Salary: $85,000-$93,000 Health Insurance-Employer Pays up to 72% of Premium. Dental And Vision Insurance Mileage Reimbursement-$0.50 Per Mile PTO-80 Hours in Your First Year Paid Holidays-6 Federal, 2 Floating Holidays Retirement Package: 401(k) with 3% Match Supplemental Coverage-Life Insurance, Short/Long Term Disability, etc. Responsibilities The RN Case Manager Will Maintain a Case Load of About 12-14 Patients Monday- Friday 8am to 5pm Patients Per Day-4 on Average Coverage Area- Gwinnett, Stone Mountain, Clarkston, Tucker, Chamblee and Lilburn The RN Case Manager Will be Responsible for Back-up Call Requirements Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia
