As a Mechanical Project Application Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of Johnson Controls' Chiller Solutions business by partnering directly with customers and internal teams to bring complex HVAC solutions to life.Based in our San Antonio production facility, you will be at the center of customer engagement—leading technical discussions, supporting solution development, and hosting hands-on testing and evaluation activities. From early-stage concept exploration through real-world validation, you'll help shape solutions that address some of the most demanding chiller and heat pump system challenges.Required:Bachelor's degree in Engineering5 years experience in refrigeration or a related fieldUnderstanding of the principles of large refrigeration systems and associated equipmentHiring salary range: $100,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
