Travel Physical Therapist - $2,227 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a travel job in Sandy Spring, Maryland. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based physical therapy to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans. Document outcomes and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that support patient-centered care. Assignment Details Start Date: 07/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 40 Shift: 8 hours Shift Hours: 08:30-16:30 Employment Type: Travel Location: Sandy Spring, Maryland Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Maryland state physical therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Experience with geriatric rehabilitation and post-acute care. Familiarity with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
