Quality Control Inspector (Medical Device) (BH-396424) Location: Santa Fe Springs, United States Sector: Manufacturing & Production | Salary: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour Yoh is hiring a Quality Control Inspector (Medical Device) for our Santa Fe Springs, CA client. In the Quality Control Inspector (Medical Device) role, you will be focused on inspecting medical device labeling and medical device components. They are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Inspector with a strong background in the medical device field. Job Functions Inspect medical device labeling and medical device components. Ensure that all material received is in compliance with all appropriate documents, policies and is delivered to the appropriate locations. Utilize written inspection procedures, drawings, specification sheets, and first article samples during inspection. Inspection may require training and use of various inspection equipment, tools, fixtures, and measuring instruments. Ability to use micrometer, caliper, multimeter, thread gauge, tensile test, vision system, optical comparator. Good computer skills necessary. Complete, maintain and distribute appropriate Quality records and documentation. Communicate directly with manufacturing, material control and management personnel. Ensure that all nonconforming material is handled in accordance with appropriate procedures and documents. Control access to the nonconforming material quarantine area. Education, Licensure and/or Experience Ability to use micrometer, caliper, multimeter, thread gauge, tensile test, vision system, optical comparator Good computer skills necessary Manufacturing QC experience required Quality inspection: 1 year (MIN Required) Medical device or aerospace inspection: 1 year (MIN Required) What’s In It for You?
