We are actively seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Paraprofessional's to join our team for the new School year of 2026-2027! Openings are available in the Middle and High School settings. This is a rewarding opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, grow within the education field, and positively impact students every day. HOURS & COMPENSATION * Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30am - 3:15pm. * Pay: $22/hr. paid on a weekly basis! POSITION OVERVIEW As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with classroom teachers to help create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for students. Candidates who enjoy working with children, supporting student growth, and being part of a collaborative school team are encouraged to apply. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support classroom teachers with daily lessons, activities, and instructional support * Help create and maintain a structured, organized, and student-centered classroom environment * Assist students academically, socially, and behaviorally throughout the school day * Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed, including working with students with special needs or behavioral/emotional challenges * Encourage student participation, confidence, and independence * Communicate student progress and concerns with teachers and staff as appropriate QUALIFICATIONS * Must have 60 post secondary credits or be able to pass the Para Professional test. * Patience and a passion for working with students. * Previous experience in education or special education is a plus.
