Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $150,000.00 Commission/year

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $45,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist customers looking to purchase pre-owned vehicles
• Build rapport and qualify customer needs
• Present, demonstrate, and sell quality used vehicles
• Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date on inventory
• Follow up with leads and past customers
• Guide buyers through the vehicle purchasing process with transparency and integrity
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
